I booked Shirodhara and abhyanga massage combo after going through the reviews, but it didn't meet my expectations.I was very excited to get an Ayurveda massage but it turned out to be very casual massage therapy even after spending 165$ bucks. I was suffering from chronicle gastrointestinal ulcerative colitis issues which became severe last May as i started having a lot of flare-ups after being in remission for about an yr; as a result i lost ~15lb weight within a matter of four weeks. Dr. Rasika thoroughly listened and understood my case and prescribed me medications, enrolled me in custom massage Therapy sessions, explained and suggested preferred as well as food items to avoid as part of healthy food plan, cleansing of the system; my health deterioration stopped within a week of medication, after that she assessed my health again and enrolled in massage therapy sessions which were extremely beneficial in accelerating my recovery and enabling me to regain quality healthy life.
